How to find us
The church lies in the centre of St Michael’s Village, to the West of St Albans, one of the most beautiful cities in England. Situated in Verulamium Park, St Michael’s location, surrounded by a landscape of wooded hills and green fields and yet so close to the centre of town, is the ideal day out for all the family.
By car
The city is only 25 miles from central London in Hertfordshire. It is easily accessible from the M1 and M25. Visitors arriving by car should aim for Verulamium Car Park (39 St Michael's St, St Albans AL3 4SW), which is run by the city council. There are many other places to park in the city, with St Michael’s just a 15 minute walk from the High Street
By train
There are regular Thameslink services from Kings Cross and other London stations to St Albans City Station. St Michael’s Village is about a 30 minute walk from the station, or you can the number 302 bus going to Hemel Hempstead Railway station from Granville Road, (round the corner to the station) to the stop called Verulam Temple.
